All data used in this project is from cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics. The data is from 2023. This source provides data on multiple types of cancer and provides key variables to draw conclusions from.

Key Variables

• Post Sample Immunotherapy: If the patient received immunotherapy after their tumor was studied
• Age: Age at the surgery/biopsy
• Sex: Male or Female
• TP53 Pathway: Whether patient has naturally occurring bodily response to stop tumors from growing
• Mutation Count: Number of gene changes found in a tumor
• TMB (nonsynonymous): A measure of the DNA changes in cancer cells
• Race: White, Black, Asian, Unknown or Uncertain
